1. Our 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unopened products only. We accept returns on all unopened, factory-sealed products for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken safety seal, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email a photo of the damaged item to support@originsrevival.com. We will ship a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and purity of our stock for all customers, the following items are final sale:
Items purchased during a "Sale" or "Clearance" event.
Gift cards.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our team at support@originsrevival.com with your order number.
Approval: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or credit within 5–7 business days.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time through your account portal. To avoid being charged for your next cycle, please ensure cancellations are made at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled ship date.

We offer local shipping within the state of Missouri. Shipping costs are $5 flat rate. Customers qualify for free shipping on purchases over $99.
