Every blend has an origin story.
A family member regularly struggled with bloating. Patients regularly reported difficulties falling and staying asleep. Guys at the gym voiced the desire for a natural way to support their testosterone levels.
Moments like these are the inspiration for our products. Actual people with actual needs. Our blends are made to be powerful enough to meet these needs. They are also tasty enough for you to reach for them again and again.
Purposeful Ingredients
What you put in your body matters.
The less chemicals you are exposed to, the better. That is why we seek out organic ingredients for our products.
You deserve more than fluff. All of our ingredients have a job in each blend. Every shipment of herbs and powders are inspected for quality. We are here to support your health, not cut corners.
Taste matters. If you don’t like something, you won’t want to take it. That’s why we don’t release a product until it passes multiple rounds of taste testing. No exceptions.
Our Co-Founders’ Origin Stories
Dr. Hannah Gutierrez, DC
As a holistic practitioner, I am always looking for creative ways my patients can be intentional about their health and lifestyle choices. Herbal teas can feel so caring and warming while having a large clinical impact.
Herbal teas became a routine for me during my first pregnancy. It has continued through my breastfeeding journey for each of my three littles. Adrian and I’s kiddos also enjoy a nighttime tea or immune support tea when they aren’t feeling well.
I wanted to share my family’s herbal experiences with others. So, the Pregnancy Tea, Lactation Tea, Deep Sleep Tea, and Cold & Flu Defender Tea were born! I hope more and more families can use these herbal blends to help them slow down and enjoy a cup of tea along with the wellness benefits it can offer.
Dr. Adrian Gutierrez, DC MS
In my practice, I am passionate about finding answers and solutions that most other doctors won’t spend the time to investigate. I aim to make health and a high-purpose lifestyle attainable for people of all ages and backgrounds.
When I repeatedly had conversations at my gym with men who wanted to support their testosterone levels without taking a bunch of pills or treatments, I set out to help. They wanted a more pleasant and natural way to reach their goals. While researching options, I learned more about mushroom coffees. This led to the creation of Men’s Mushroom.
Seeing the great impact this mushroom blend made on myself and these men, I wanted to share it more broadly. Expanding both the mushroom line and its reach, I am excited to have another avenue to support others on their wellness journeys.

My journey with herbs started with skeptical curiosity. How could such a little amount of a plant do anything like what these health claims state? Then, one Memorial Day weekend, I was battling heat exhaustion. I was desperate. Figuring I needed electrolytes stat - I reached for some fruity, red-colored tea I had laying around. To my utter astonishment, I felt normal before I even got halfway through my mug.
Ever since that experience, I’ve been determined to learn and share all I can about these wonderful remedies nature provides for us. I hope our products create more believers in the power of plants, like me!
